The final week focuses on conversion and determining next steps. Leads are either converted, handed off, or moved to long-term nurture.

Conversion Focus

  • Limited-time offers or incentives
  • Direct conversion asks
  • Urgency messaging
  • Final call attempts

Handoff Criteria

Leads exit the sequence when:

  • Converted – Lead completed desired action
  • Qualified – Ready for sales handoff
  • Unresponsive – Move to long-term nurture
  • Disqualified – Not a fit, removed from workflow
