Phone Number Provisioning
Phone provisioning enables automated voice outreach in your workflows. AdBuy integrates with Twilio to provision and manage phone numbers.
How It Works
When you enable phone outreach in a workflow, AdBuy provisions a dedicated phone number from your connected Twilio account. This number is used for:
- Outbound calls to leads
- Voicemail drops
- SMS messaging (if enabled)
Number Format
All phone numbers use E.164 format, which includes the country code. For US numbers, this looks like: +15551234567
Verification
Before a number can be used for outbound calling, it may require verification depending on your Twilio account settings and local regulations.
