Overview

A workflow defines the automated sequence of touchpoints for nurturing leads. Each workflow consists of:

  • Provisioned channels – Phone numbers and email addresses
  • Sequences – Timed series of outreach activities
  • Triggers – Conditions that advance or pause the workflow

Workflow Stages

Leads progress through four stages:

  1. Lead – New lead enters the workflow
  2. Qualify – Initial outreach and qualification
  3. Nurture – Multi-touch nurturing sequence
  4. Convert – Conversion activities and handoff
