Overview
A workflow defines the automated sequence of touchpoints for nurturing leads. Each workflow consists of:
- Provisioned channels – Phone numbers and email addresses
- Sequences – Timed series of outreach activities
- Triggers – Conditions that advance or pause the workflow
Workflow Stages
Leads progress through four stages:
- Lead – New lead enters the workflow
- Qualify – Initial outreach and qualification
- Nurture – Multi-touch nurturing sequence
- Convert – Conversion activities and handoff
