Terms of Service

Presell, Inc. (doing business as AdBuy) operates https://adbuy.ai/ (the “Platform”). AdBuy is a lead generation and engagement platform that enables users to set campaign parameters (such as product, location, and budget) and use the Platform to run advertising campaigns and related workflows.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information accurate, current, and complete.

AdBuy uses passwordless authentication methods such as Google Sign-On, Magic Links, or One-Time Passcodes (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login methods and for all activities that occur under your account.

By using the Platform, you agree to AdBuy's collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to data privacy and protection in connection with your use of the Platform.

Leads and related lead information generated through your campaigns on the Platform (“Lead Data”) are intended for your exclusive use. AdBuy will not sell, license, or provide your Lead Data to other customers or third parties for their marketing purposes.

AdBuy may share Lead Data with vendors and service providers solely as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Platform (for example, infrastructure, analytics, and communications tools), subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented to you at the time you create or modify a campaign or otherwise incur charges.

Campaign Budget Billing (Credit Limit Billing)

When you launch a campaign, you authorize AdBuy to accrue eligible charges to your account and charge your payment method when your account reaches its current billing threshold or credit limit, as set by AdBuy.

Example: If your current threshold is $25, AdBuy may charge your payment method when your accrued balance reaches about $25. After a successful charge, AdBuy may increase your threshold (for example, to $50) and then charge again when that updated threshold is reached.

Auto-Charge Triggers

While campaigns are active, charges may recur whenever your account reaches its then-current threshold. Thresholds are set and adjusted by AdBuy in its discretion.

Stopping a Campaign

You may stop a campaign at any time. Stopping a campaign prevents new spend from accruing, but does not erase amounts already accrued or charged. Unused budget is not refundable.

Payment Method Authorization

You authorize AdBuy to charge your payment method on file for all amounts due. You are responsible for keeping your payment method information current.

From time to time, AdBuy may offer promotional ad credits, deposit match programs, bonus grants, or similar incentives (collectively, “Promotional Credits”). Promotional Credits are granted solely at AdBuy's discretion, are not automatic, and are not guaranteed for any account.

Current Active Offer (As of February 26, 2026)

AdBuy currently offers eligible new ad accounts a first-deposit match of $1 in Promotional Credits for every $2 deposited, up to $5,000 in Promotional Credits. Example: if you deposit $10,000, AdBuy may add up to $5,000 in Promotional Credits, for up to $15,000 total advertising funds. This current offer may be changed, paused, or ended at any time in AdBuy's discretion.

Other Offer Formats (May Apply at Different Times)

AdBuy may run other offers at different times, including fixed promotional credits (for example, $200), different match ratios (for example, 25% bonus or dollar-for-dollar), and different maximum caps (for example, $5,000 or $10,000), each subject to specific eligibility criteria and offer terms shown in the Platform, by email, or otherwise provided by AdBuy.

Eligibility; Qualifying Business

Promotional Credits are only usable by a “Qualifying Business,” meaning you complete your business profile in AdBuy and provide information sufficient for AdBuy to verify that you (i) operate a legitimate business with a verifiable business website, and (ii) offer products and services within the industries and solutions supported by AdBuy (as described on the Platform, including on the homepage and under “Solutions”). If you are not a Qualifying Business, Promotional Credits may not be used and may be unavailable. AdBuy may, in its discretion, grant Promotional Credits before final verification, and later withhold, remove, reverse, expire, or void those credits if eligibility is not met.

Grant Timing; How Credits Are Applied

Promotional Credits may be granted at signup, on a first deposit, at a later point in time, or as a manual grant, all in AdBuy's discretion. Promotional Credits are applied first to eligible charges as they are incurred. Certain charges may be billed on a delayed or usage-based basis, and Promotional Credits may be applied to those charges if available in your account balance at the time of billing.

When Credits Run Out; Threshold Billing

Promotional Credits are used first on eligible charges while available. Once credits and available funds are depleted, AdBuy may continue accruing eligible spend to your account up to your current threshold and charge your payment method when that threshold is reached. If a charge fails, your campaigns may pause until payment succeeds.

Expiration, Forfeiture, and Restrictions

Promotional Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and are not a bank account or stored value account. Promotional Credits are not refundable and may expire or be voided if unused. AdBuy may modify, reduce, remove, reverse, expire, void, or revoke Promotional Credits at any time in its discretion, including if AdBuy reasonably believes there has been fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms, if eligibility is not met, or if required by law.

By You

You may stop a campaign at any time through the Platform. Stopping a campaign stops new spend from accruing, but does not refund or forgive charges already accrued or billed. Unused budget is not refundable.

By AdBuy

AdBuy may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, including if AdBuy reasonably believes you have violated these Terms or if continued access may create risk to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will cease immediately. Any payment obligations incurred prior to termination will remain due and payable.

In no event shall Presell, Inc., its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from any reason whatsoever.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Charlotte, North Carolina, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

AdBuy reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
