About the role

AdBuy is the all-in-one advertising platform powering lead generation for mortgage and real-estate-investment lenders. We're building the Pre-Qualification Team — a small, high-leverage group of SDR/CSM hybrids who are the human layer between our advertisers (lenders, LOs, brokerages) and their target audience: real estate investors who have deals that need funding.

SDR
Sales Development Representative — the first human voice advertisers and investors hear from AdBuy.
CSM
Customer Success Manager — the ongoing point of contact who keeps advertisers and real estate investors supported on AdBuy.

Who you'll work with

You'll operate across two sides of the AdBuy marketplace:

  • Advertisers — loan officers, lenders, and mortgage brokerages running Fix & Flip and DSCR campaigns on AdBuy. You'll be their human point of contact.
  • Real estate investors — the inbound leads generated by advertiser campaigns. This is where most of your time will go: helping investors move forward on funding their next property.

The positioning to every investor you speak with is simple:

"We're the pre-qualification team at AdBuy. Our job is to be a second set of eyes and ears on every deal you're considering."

What you'll do

On the advertiser side (about 20% of your time):

  • Attend scheduled callbacks with advertisers.
  • Act as assigned account manager for new advertisers you help onboard.
  • Send intro emails to new lender / LO / brokerage signups.
  • Answer support messages and field product questions.

On the real estate investor side (about 80% of your time):

  • Power-dial investor lead lists inside advertiser accounts.
  • Build lasting account-management relationships with real estate investors.
  • Analyze deals, run the numbers, and sanity-check the opportunity.
  • Make a transfer to the advertiser's team for underwriting.

What we're looking for

  • You like talking to people and you're comfortable on the phone.
  • You can hold a conversation with a real estate investor and a loan officer.
  • You can learn quickly and work your way around a computer.
  • You're hungry. This is an almost entirely performance-driven role built for people who stack micro-wins — every qualified deal you source and every advertiser you help close adds to your performance bonus.

What you won't do

  • You won't need prior Fix & Flip or DSCR loan experience — we'll teach you the basics.
  • You won't close loans on the phone — you transfer every qualified deal to the advertiser.

Compensation

Base salary plus a per-deal performance bonus, paid alongside base each week.

The role is structured to scale into a full-time six-figure career. Specifics are shared during the interview process.
